TOLEDO -- Metroparks workers and local volunteers helped decorate for the 37th year of Holidays in the Manor House at Wildwood Preserve.

Hundreds of volunteers jazzed up over 35 sections of the former family home of Robert and Page Stranahan. Garlands, wreaths, and seasonal holiday decor adorn the hallways, rooms, and landings of the 30,000 square-foot manor. The ornately-themed rooms include a lavish mardis gras, a polish dining room, an electric railway, and a basement den fully dedicated to the Beatles.

Volunteers donated all of the decorations and spent three days working to brighten up the mansion for the holidays.

Metroparks will conduct tours from Sunday, December 2 through Sunday, December 9. Tours through the Manor House run from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and are free and open to the public.
