Community making preparations to feed 100,000 children

TOLEDO -- Northpoint Church along with hundreds of community members have teamed up to help produce 100,000 life-saving meals for starving children in the developing world.

The church, which has partnered with Feed My Starving Children, will assist in preparing the meals at the FMSC MobilePack event.

Packing sessions will be held on Friday begning at 2:00p.m. and Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at Northpoint Church, located at 3708 W Laskey Rd. in Toledo.  

Volunteer slots have already been filled, but community members are being encouraged to make a donation toward food production cost.
