TOLEDO -- Come November, you will be asked for fork over more money to support the Toledo Lucas County Public Library System.

County commissioners have approved a 2.9 mill levy for the November ballot.

The library says cuts in state funding have forced them to ask for more money.

Part of request is to renew a levy set to expire in December and the other part is to make up for the cuts in funding.

If approved, the owner of a $100,000 home would pay $88 a year.
