Nissan has announced a recall affecting 250,000 vehicles worldwide.
The car company says the recall was issued due to a potential fault with the fuel sensor in the Micra, Patrol, Tiida and Juke models. Some Infiniti QX56 and M56 models are also affected. They say in a worst case scenario the sensor could leak spilling fuel and causing a fire hazard.
Nissan says no incidents or injuries have been reported as a result of the problem, and say they are issuing the recall as a precautionary measure.
