Latest local news, weather and high school sports for Toledo area

I'm not sure if this is a new federal program or if it's been around for a while - but it's new to me so I thought I'd put the information out there. 

The federal government has a Lifeline Support Program that provides free cell phones and airtime minutes for those who qualify.  Safelink Wireless is the provider and for qualifying participants will ship a free cellphone and at least 250 free minutes of use per month.  You can earn more free airtime if you refer more people to the program.
