TOLEDO -- The Toledo hot dog eatery made famous on the hit TV show "M.A.S.H" is no longer going to be owned by the family who started it all.

A Lucas County judge Monday approved a deal that transfers ownership of Tony Packo's to private restaurant group Bennett Management.

And this comes just days after Tony Packo's grandson was charged with stealing more than $100,000 from the family business.  And despite the charges, Bob Bennett says he still plans to tap Tony Packo, III to run the company.

The change of ownership was protested by Packo's cousin Robin Horvath.  He accused his cousin and others misappropriated company funds.

The $5.5 million sale includes all of the restauants, recipes and the buns signed by celebrities.

You may recall Toledo native Jamie Farr mentioned Tony Packo's several times when he played Klinger in "M.A.S.H."

Do you think the sale will affect the quality of food at Tony Packo's?  When was the last time you ate there?  How was your experience?  Post your comments below.
