TOLEDO -- It appears hundreds of Toledo jobs will be saved for now.
The United States Postal Service has agreed to place a moratorium on the closing of post offices and processing centers in Ohio and around the nation.
They'll stay open until at least May 15, 2012 while lawmakers work out a possible permanent deal to keep them open.
The Toledo processing center was on the closure list. Now it appears 400 people working there will keep their jobs through the spring.
