TOLEDO -- The new owner of Tony Packo's is getting every aspect of the hot dog restaurant including its recipe and the famous name.

A judge ruled Thursday that Bennett Management Group now controls all aspects of Tony Packo's, clearing up any questions about whether the recipes and name were included in the sale.

That same judge settled a feud last month over the company's ownership by accepting the bid from the private restaurant group backed by Tony Packo Jr. and his son.
