TOLEDO -- One of Toledo's famous staples will stay in the family, thanks to a ruling in court on Tuesday.

The county judge gave control of Tony Packo's to a private restaurant group that plans to put Tony Packo Jr. and his son back in charge of the chain. The ownership of the famous Toledo Hungarian food chain was placed on the auction block after co-owner Robin Horvath defaulted on loans. However, foreclosure proceedings were never initiated against Tony Packo Jr., co-owner and president.

Packo's gained national attention as the favorite hot dog of cross-dressing Cpl. Max Klinger on the TV series, "M.A.S.H."

A dispute between descendants of the restaurant's namesake erupted this summer, causing both sides to make bids to take over the company.
