QINHUANGDAO, CHINA -- Toledo Mayor Mike Bell is in China trying to drum up business partnerships for the Glass City. And Tuesday the mayor and his delegation will meet with the mayor of Toledo's Chinese sister city, Qinhuangdao.
The two have been sister cities since 1985 and this is the first time that a sitting Toledo mayor will meet with officials in Qinhuangdao.
Mayor Bell did meet with them in Beijing in September 2010.
