MAUMEE, OH -- Maumee-based auto parts supplier, Dana, has a new leader.

Roger Wood will replace John Devine who has served as interim CEO for the past few months. Wood, who was President of BorgWarner Engine group, will start work at Dana on April 18, 2011.

Devine is retiring at the end of June.
