TOLEDO -- Toledo area dentists are once again teaming up to help "Give Kids a Smile".

For the 8th year in a row, local kids ages 2 to 18 can get free dental care. This year's event is Friday, February 4, 2011 from 8:00am to 3:00pm.

Dentists say the need for projects like this is great because 1 in 4 kids have untreated cavities.

Here are the participating dentist offices:

The Dental Center of Northwest Ohio, 2138 Madison Avenue, 419-725-2523.

UTMC Dental Residency Program, Main Hospital Second Flood, 3000 Arlington Avenue, 419-725-2523.

Owens Community College Dental Hygeine Clinic, Health Technology Hall, 30335 Oregon Road, 567-661-7294.

To learn more and set up an appointment call the Toledo Dental Society at 419-474-8611.
