Monday, April 18, 2011  Using a grant from Pet Smart Charities, the Lucas County dog warden, in partership with Humane Ohio, will spay or neuter 500 Pit Bulls for $5.00 per dog. The program will include a microchip to help owners track their dog should they become lost or separated.
