UPDATE: Amber Alert canceled after missing WV teen and baby found 

 

Original Report: West Virginia State Police issued an amber alert Tuesday night for two minors, including a 7-month-old baby girl and her 16-year-old sister.

The pair are believed to have been abducted by their step-father and were last seen in a 2003 beige Ford Taurus traveling south on State Route 20 in Upshur County, WV .

The suspect is described as 5'8" and weighs around 185 pounds.

The infant, Grace Hope Tenney, was last seen wearing flowered sundress with a pink coat.

Her sister, Shaina Nicole Tenney, is described as being around 5'2" and weighs 225 lbs.

Officials believe they may be headed to Texas and they are asking the public to be on the look out for the plate number 2LW179.
