The mixture of snow and salt on the ground with last nights rain has lead to slippery and slick roads across Toledo.

There is a possibility of black ice forming on the roadways. According to the Ohio Department of Transportation temperatures don't have to be below freezing for black ice to develop. Black ice can occur if temperatures are near the freezing mark or even a few degrees above it.

Remember, ice and snow take it slow.
