"I chose the Personal Fitness Training Program because I love to help make a difference and be able to see the change in people's lives."
"I've enjoyed being involved in fitness and exercise since i was a young child. I loved waking up and going to school just so I could attend gym class and play 2 hand tap football at recess. I helped organize and run a pep rally for ‘Fuel Up to Play 60’ sponsored by the NFL. The event is used to teach young children the importance of eating healthy and exercising. I feel as if i made a difference in their lives just by simply sharing information with them and having a fun time while doing so."
"I love being able to participate in 5K races. I recently ran a 5K on Thanksgiving called 'Smoke the Turkey' sponsored by St. James Club located here in Toledo. In that event I placed 241 out of 1741 runners. I was excited to see the reward of all my hard work and dedication. The outcome of that 5K has motivated me to train for the Glass City Marathon held here in Toledo. I look forward to the new adventure."
"I plan on continuing my education with a focus on Exercise Science. I look forward to someday being able to train athletes at a college sports level."
